Pizza Muffins (my creation) 1 roll of Pillsbury Big and Flaky Crescent rolls 1 jar pizza sauce (separate into 3 portions remainder and freeze for future pizza muffins) 1 package of cheese (I use whatever is in the fridge will also make several batches) leave the dough in its original form from the package and just squeeze it a little to stretch it out, then cut it into 16 slices. spray your muffin tins or silicone tins with non stick spray (saves a hug headache trust me) :) Push the slices into the bottom of the tins making a little bowl, then put 1 tsp of sauce in the middle, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 for about 15-20 min until just brown on edges Let cool for 5-7 min to remove from tins or they will stick something fierce!! MAKES 16 Pizza muffins MY KIDS WILL DEVOUR THESE IN MINUTES LOL
