Pizza for supper tonight! I love making my own pizza. Used a basic dough recipe. 1 envelope or 2 1/4 tsp of active dry yeast 1 cup warm water 2 TBS olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 2 1/2- 3 cups all purpose flour. Mix water with yeast in large mixing bowl. Allow yeast to proof for a few min. Add olive oil and salt. Then stir in flour. Mix well and knead until no longer sticky. Cover and let rise one hour. :) it will make one large pizza, or several small ones. These are 2 #3s and a #8.
