Placed 1st this past weekend at South Carolinas Strongest Man & Woman in HW Novice. Met so many great athletes, coaches, and new friends. That was by far the most fun Ive ever had competing in anything, ever. I may or may not be hooked, like a meth head. Now I have to play with the big boys in Open HW from here on out. Ill might never place again, haha! Thanks to those of you here, that run blogs, vid, etc. In particular Kalle; your log clean/press, keg clean/press, and meet prep techniques/advice were invaluable. My lifting coaches, training partners, Strongman programmer, and wonderful spouse, were the answer to the equation, to make this a successful outing. Malo aupito. #TonganStrong
