Places still available DE MELLO MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP :AN INVITATION TO WAKE UP Dr Francis Valloor, a world renowned psychologist, author and successor to Anthony de Mello will be delivering a mindfulness and awareness workshop at the Avila centre,Bloomfield Avenue, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 on Saturday June 29th from 10:00 am to 4:30pm. Speaking at the launch, former Galway GAA dual star and charity founder, Alan Kerins stated “Dr Valloor’s highly acclaimed workshops have been delivered in several cities over three continents. This is such an exciting opportunity for the people of Dublin.” Dr Valloor developed this one day experiential workshop to introduce people to the tools for living life with mindful awareness. Dr Valloor stated, “In our daily lives we are constantly confronted with difficulties that give rise to anxiety, sadness and anger or other distressing emotions.
