Plachinda (SP?) dough 9 Cups Flour 2 Cups Crisco 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder Mix Together Beat 2 Eggs 1/3 Cup Powder Milk and add water to make 3 Cups Mix into flour mixture. My mother in law would have us peel and grind the pumpkin in our meat grinder really fine along with some onions. She salt/pepper and would let it set to drain the extra water off. She would fill her dough with raw pumpkin and bake. My sister in law makes this dough recipe and makes apple plachinda. They are really good. Someone was looking for a recipe the other day. :)
