Plaine air Painting for Adairs Facebook page Adair Patterson For 12 years Adair and I did plein air landscapes around the lower mainland when we could get away from the city. It was a great pleasure for Adair especially to be able to spend a day out in the country. Many were sold despite the lack of dealer interest { Vancouver is a dealers market as everyone one wants to sell their work here] at the annual Dynamo Christmas party and sale.We had planned once the retirement money started to come on line to spend the rest of our lives doing more plein air work and making a modest income as well [we had not done a painting in about 2 year because of illness]..I must, before I can carry on as we planned, sort out all the unsold works and the ones Adair painted that I have no room to store may be given out at Adairs celebration of life. They will not be the framed ones as that will await a gallery as many are very top works but the quick studies of hers are the ones i am thinking of
