Plan A1 — Plenty CAN be done about it, IF — it is allowed. The main reason for silence on this very dangerous situation according to speculations by MK is that there is no tool available to stop the radiated materials (debris) from continued eminations. The nationals who know about this explosion and subsequent spreading of debris have kept it quiet because of advisors who dont think it can be solved. I talked to Knute about this and based upon the video showing the explosion it is pretty obvious that the building did throw off debris both to land area and into the local Bay area of Fukushima. The conclusion we draw is that several hundred tons of debris is strewn in the bay and marine life is growing upon it on the sea bed. Extending our Plan A to include clean up of that debris field underwater has now become necessary. Submersibles shielded by lead paint will be needed. Each will be outfitted with Geiger counters, bright spot lights, and mechanical arms that can lift, rotate, and capture the debris. The submersibles will be utilized first to map where all debris is on the bay floor. Once the mapping is completed the subs will also be outfitted with Hydroxy fuel cell machines and torches. These craft will be remotely controlled from a safe distance. On board cameras will also be used to visually perform the virtual work involved. The hydroxy torches can cut up the debris into small pieces then sealable containers can be loaded up for removal to the surface. No humans will get close to the debris either underwater or on the water surface whatsoever. Even the recovery ships can all be remotely controlled. Once contained the debris can be brought to shore and disposed of by Hydroxy furnaces where the highly radiated materials will be processed repeatedly until they become entirely neutralized and remediated to background levels.
