This role includes following responsibilities: Managing business partner relationships withSenior IT and Business Leaders (GOC Regional IT VPs, Company GroupChairmen, President, International Vice Presidents and Senior RegionalFunctional leaders) on all Portfolio and Programs initiated to support andenhance Johnson & Johnson’s infrastructure capabilities.in the LATAMregion. Responsible for Regional Portfolio InvestmentPlanning and Demand & Capacity Management. Drives the portfolio governanceprocesses that help to ensure the ITIS investment portfolio projects deliverintended value and outcomes and support the ITIS/IT strategic initiatives. Position will also ensure that the annualportfolio process is driven by the IT strategy and supports the strategicmulti-year roadmap. Deliver dashboardsto stakeholders; provide proactive and effective communications withleadership. Deploy strong governance and global process adherence whilekeeping the overall delivery times/cost in line with business expectations. Apply PartnershipExcellence, People Excellence, Operational Excellence, Compliance Vigilance andFinancial Excellence to manage governance processes to improve end to enddelivery of portfolios within the LATAM region. Drive overall resource management by partneringwith the ITIS leadership and driving organizational discipline through processdevelopment. Work on transition Infrastructure Site Services to IT SharedServices Drive overall financial management by partneringwith Finance. Adhere to the SDLC methodology, documentation anddeliverables. Seeks opportunities and makes strategicdecisions that affect cost, quality, and efficiencies to ensure successfuloutcomes. Understands and appliessuperior knowledge of competitive environment, industry, and customer business.Prioritizes and sets strategic resource and business plans. Identifies potential areas where existingpolicies and procedures require change and where new ones need to be developed. Serves as a member ofLATAM IT Council, providing support for driving IT strategy across the regionand develop a cross group, diverse, regional IT talent pipeline. Support thefocus on Talent Development within LATAM Infrastructure Services to develop adiverse, regional IT talent pipeline. Qualificações · A minimum of a Bachelors degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred. · A minimum of 8 years of related experience, including significant Portfolio/Program/Project Management experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals, is required. · Working knowledge of the business environment inside an IT organization, across various roles is required. Demonstrated experience leading a group of professionals in some capacity (e.g., staff of technical professionals, and / or managers / directors) is required. · Demonstrated expertise and use of program management skills, and direct experience in defining and prioritizing strategic initiatives is required. · Experienced in project and program management, and effective, measurable delivery of these to the business is required. · Direct working knowledge of the business environment outside of the IT organization (e.g., Regulatory Compliance, Manufacturing, Product /Process development (R&D), Business Development, Business Improvement/ Process Excellence, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) is preferred. “The hiring company may identify potential employee moves based on succession and/or development planning.
