Plan. To transition back to the vegan lifestyle. For me, that is the lifestyle that brought the best results, mentally and physically. I am currently a vegetarian, been meatless for about 4 years, but I havent been the healthiest vegetarian. Time to shift that and master this lifestyle, as I transition back to veganism. Shout out to everyone one a nutritional journey, it can get challenging, but itll be worth it. Peace
