Plan for emergency : It is so important to know what to do in case : in the family ;someone develops chest pain or suddenly starts sweating , there is abnormal feeling in chest , Ghabrahat ....where to go ....to call doctor home is waste of precious time , in all situations one must identify a hospital having postgraduate doctors posted in emergency room , having ICU facility , preferably near residence ... idea is ...not to waste time , reach there , get investigated . This simple information can make difference in life and death ! This is no excuse ...that it was so sudden , we did not know what to do , hence calling doctors or going to knock doors of doctors who are not equipped to handle any serious situations is a non-sense . In fact will go further ...every family should have names of best doctors listed , like which is best cardiologist , who is best orthopedic surgeon , who is best general surgeon ...i mean we can always update such information , its very handy in case need arises or can be helpful to friends.
