Plan on a cold Friday with wind chills below zero during at least the morning hours. Scattered flurries are also possible during the morning. Tonight, the sky should remain pretty clear for most of the night with snow approaching us late in the night. Snow is still on track for Saturday and this one should be a measurable one for many areas. Current thinking is a 2-4 band of snow from a Charles City to Washington line and points towards the northeast, including Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Dubuque. The heaviest totals are likely around Dubuque. A milder Sunday still looks on track as well, with a big cold front hitting us on Monday. Have a great weekend! -Kaj
