How can you control your portion sizes? *Dont skip meals - when you arent starving you wont overeat *Measure & Weigh Food - do you know what 1 cup of pasta looks like? *Know the rules of thumb - 3 ounces of lean meat = a deck of cards, 1 cup of cereal = the size of a fist, etc. *Develop good Eating Out habits - restaurants specialize in mega portions.
