Planes, buses, and automobiles: The Rozhon Adventure continues. We began our journey to Germany around 4:30 pm central time this last Tuesday and finally arrived to Grafenwohr yesterday (Thursday) evening. Thousands of miles were traveled by two taxi vans from Wildwood to OHare, two different planes, two different bus rides, a hotel night stay in Kaiserslauter, and ended with two vans transporting us to our home for the next month, the lovely Army Lodge. We have officially arrived to Graf!!! We had our first Biergarten experience last night with our sponsors. Pictures show me with a stein of water (I know, I know), Chris with a stein with German beer, Mark completely crashing from jet lag, and a few of the kids in the field across from our lodge. Time for a search for a car. More to come. I promise. Exhausted. Tired. And completely happy to be a whole family again.
