Plank: 47 seconds, getting better! Workout: I raked the pine straw in the front yard for an hour. Lol Food: Overnight oatmeal with raspberries, grapes, leftover meat loaf and green beans, more grapes, a handful of apple cinnamon sticks from Trader Joes, meditteranean eggplant and barley salad, chicken breast, and a pumpkin cookie. Tons of water with lemons, ginger, and raspberries. Not 100% clean but better than usual. :)
