Planning a protest in South Kingstown. The town has made a personal goal of attacking members of the medical cannabis community. Putting patients security and livelihoods at risk. Outing protected medical history. Pointing out address of alleged LEGAL grows in the newspaper. Bombarding patients with astronomical fees. (500$) per day. For following state law. The town has a personal vendetta against our community. Abuse of power under the color of authority. People should not be using sacred positions on town political boards to witch hunt out members of their community. This is a disgrace. Mr Toth president of zoning I call for your resignation. This fight against a 8 year old program is unjust and should not be paid for by tax payers. Legal fees for the town are passed 10k and I can guarantee defendants bill is almost the same. Anyone who is able to and does not come show support is being written off. No joke. A bunch of arm chair activists. Well here is the chance to take a real stand. Lets get our program back. Zoning boards do not trump state constitutional law.
