Time Warner/ sprint upgrade at firepower road. Tower maintenance paper work issues not approved yet. 6. New Cingular wireless tower upgrade approved pending submission of certain paper work. At the end of this the presented discussed a new tower they are submitting for approval pending a balloon test. 7. Primal properties subdivision , route 209, seeking to sub divide an 8.4 acre property an on one of the properties put a dollar general store. Preliminary stages. 8. Lands of Burlingham Woods LLC. Subdivision. This is for a gas station at Burlingham road and Roosa gap road, this is a tricky one because it is special use and requires approval to violate stream buffer requirements. 9. The special use was proposed is for a Mikveh. It was described as a Jewish religious ritual bath house, mostly for women but men would use it also. Construction plans farther ahead than site plan. The project was introduced but no action was taken due to more information relating to bulk tables lot requirements and parking requirements.
