Planning in time will save the day and make tomorrow more secure and more perfect; making the people more confident of the actions that must be taken and the resolve to do that which is right or to do the right thing are the elements of challenges before committed leaders. For the FSM and thus the four constituent states, the signs have begun to appear on those prehistoric cave walls that seem to say, get up and be counted for your self-sustainability is yours to forge. It is now clear in a world where uncertainity is its certainity, the challenge for each state and people is toward making things more certain. I an interdendent world of today; to decrease dependency and increase independence and self-support is the way of the future. That is the story of today. The other part of that story again in an interdendent and less certain world is the readiness of other men and entities to lend a hand to the those who have their plans in hand in time and walk their plans to secure a more sustainable future. It should be a task and duty of the FSM and the states to some of us, to put all else aside and work each and with each but mostly within each to make plans suitable to their circumstance and to arrive honestly at options most favorable for the achievement of sustainability of each and for their effective pursuit of interests common to them in the region and in the world. But whatever it is, the only certainity today is that 2023 is but only nine years from this year.
