Plants Spirit Medicine workshop this sunday there will be a half day outdoor experiential workshop on connecting and communicating with plant spirits. This year you can choose between two sessions, either Sunday, July 21 or Sunday, August 18, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We will be moving back and forth between ordinary and non-ordinary reality as we explore: Communicating with plant spirits Non-verbal ways of knowing plants Identification of wild edible and medicinal plants Spiritual aspects of gathering plants and using them for healing This workshop will be held at the Button Living History Center in Germantown, Maryland. The cost is $30. All proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization that manages the land with you to give visitors the experience of a 19th-century Montgomery County farm and to promote awareness about slavery and the Underground Railroad. Advance registration is required. Register early-- space is limited and this workshop sold out last year.
