Plastic Free July Tip of the Day 25: Not the first time Ive talked about it here: DITCH THE AIR FRESHENERS! An Ocean Breeze smells like salt, NOT the weirdness that those companies tell us it smells like. The timed sprays, candles, wall plug ins... they are made of plastic and full of toxic, hormone disrupting chemicals. It is SO easy to make your own fresheners out of essential oil.
