Playing For Change is an organization that records musicians (mostly street musicians, from what I can tell) from around the world, blends them all together in the studio, and produces amazing musical performances for the purpose of raising awareness and money to build music schools in impoverished areas. I first found out about them because a corporate show that I worked uses these videos (probably without permission or compensation) as inspirational walk-in music.
