Full video detailing this workout and WHY releasing tomorrow (Friday 7/10)! Im super proud of how far Ive brought my squat to where I can now push 315 out like warm up weight! Couldnt have gotten thru this one today with my partner @arianna___r tho! Those high repetitions are KILLER!
