Job Well Done my Dear Suzanne. More About Suzanne: Suzanne Levy SEP LMT, RYT is a Somatic Therapist and Trauma Resolution Facilitator. She weaves Somatic Experiencing©, movement education, yoga therapy, body work, and mindfulness practices into her sessions to help her clients awaken and cultivate the natural healing process within. This comprehensive way of exploring conscious movement helps people understand the intimate connection and relationship between thought, movement and breath to support autonomic regulation. Suzanne is the founder of an emerging non-profit called Paths of Peace offering somatic trauma healing and personal transformation practices which in turn supports conscious social change. Over the past 4 years Suzanne has conducted stress reduction and trauma resiliency workshops in post genocide Rwanda. She recently began working with teachers and mental health workers in the slum settlement of Kibera in Nairobi, Kenya. Her workshops are culturally sensitive and tailored for individual and community needs.. Participants learn skills to support nervous system regulation.
