Please! I need help with my race Mini brakes :( Im having serious braking problems. Sometimes the pedal is hard (as it would be) but sometimes (too usually) I have to press the pedal several times to get it braking well. When it brakes is perfect. This is my braking system (everyting new): - Minispares GMC227 yellow tag master cylinder (Ive tried two master cylinders and one with a repair kit), Motul RBF600 fluid - Front: KAD 4-pot vented calipers, 7,75 vented discs, C-STR987 carbometallic pads from Minispares. No servo. - Rear: GWC1101 (Cooper S 5/8) cylinders, Minisport Minifin drums, Wilwood brake bias valve The pedal box is from a 1974 Mini 850. We have bleed the entire system many times, some with Eazybleed, some with traditional way. Im sure there is no air in the system and no leaks. Sometimes the problem appears when brakes are cold but sometimes when they are hot, so I dont understand whats happening. Can you tell me something? Thank you very much! Im racing next september 20th and I dont know what to do...
