Please. Please, keep your babies rear facing until they are, at the very least, two years old. It really is that much safer to have children remain rear facing for as long as possible. So much so that now even the car seat companies are jumping on board. The scientific evidence is there. As parents, we cant afford to be ignorant in this area. And this is coming from a Mama whose child screamed bloody murder every.single.time he was strapped into his car seat the entire first year of his life. Did I mention just about every store or public area is around THIRTY minutes away from us?! Thats a lot of crying. Guess what, he grew out of that stage without his parents having to jeopardize his safety for our own sanity.
