Please Post: Our HOA is looking to find a new landscaping (mostly just mowing a fairly flat street)/plowing service(literally plow down one street, no sidewalks, driveways included). Our current provider does a fine job, but our contract is very old and is eating up all of our funds. The service provider must be licensed, insured, and bonded.
