Please Share:) I believe that everyone has within them an un-compromised and un-apologetic sense of leadership. I believe that leadership starts from within, from a deep and personal inner revolution of enquiry around who you think you are, who you really are and how that can be expressed in ways beyond belief, beyond opinion and beyond current systems and structures. I love working with the intelligences of presence, intuition and feeling versus structure, plan and prescription. Working with these intelligences sets right up front a trust * that you have everything necessary already * that you are already complete right now * that you and only you have the answers that that no expert or 7 step model can give you * that everything that you believed to be wrong is actually so perfectly right for you * and that the most immoveable challenges to date contain hidden within them your most un-compromised and un-apologetic sense of leadership waiting for you to grab with both hands and shout out loud Here I am! I love working with people who sense an uncomfortable contentment with their choices to date and have within them a sense that their genius is yet to be recognised and released. I love working with people who have the courage to leave tradition behind and break new ground. I love working with visionaries who are willing to see new ways that are beyond routine and same ole same ole ways of being. I love working with leaders who sense that taking 100% personal responsibility for ALL of their experiences in life is far more powerful than blaming and politicking those away. I love working with people who can no longer choose the inauthenticity of work being a necessary evil for the pursuit of money and safety only and who are ready and willing to explore their own inner revolution. As Robert Holden says ‘Leadership isn’t a position, it isn’t a business card, it isn’t a pay grade, and it’s a way of being. It is an understanding tha the world isn’t a cause, it is an effect, it is an effect of us, and the world is being the way it is because of the way we are being, so we get to take a lead just by doing something different.
