KIS Loans and Investments is a fast-growing California private money lender seeking motivated Account Representatives assigned to territories throughout the US and Canada as we expand our market nationwide. This position requires minimal travel; you can work at or close to home, within your chosen territory. if you are a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial outlook and have been searching for a position where your strong drive and work ethics and pay you and not someone else, you may be the candidate we are looking for! Our reps average $50,000 - 65,000 in or more their first year. Due to repeat business potential (for example, by developing REO clients), your second year should be well over $100,000; however, your ultimate earning potential through commissions is unlimited. These positions are 1099 commission based, in protected territories. No ceiling on commissions. YOU Create the Sale! What we are looking for: • A self - starting, self-motivated individual and the ability to work with minimal supervision • A stable, proven track record in sales and marketing • Broker License and/or experience in Real Estate or Hard Money/Mortgage Industry sales preferred • Independently minded, with ability to creatively solve challenges for clients • The ability to cold call new accounts • A strong desire to build relationships with new accounts • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A can-do, positive attitude! • You must provide your own car and proof of insurance • Must provide your own cell phone and computer with email access We are a California-based company; we fund commercial loans and non-owner occupied in all 50 states and Canada.
