Please Share and Tag accordingly. Team Wingate and Friends of Wingate presented the 2014 Pull Up Master Competition at the world famous Wingate park in Brooklyn, NY on June 21st. With multiple competitor divisions -Women, 50yrs+, 40yrs+, Super Heavyweight, Heavyweight, Middleweight, and Lightweight, the turnout was a positive success with many coming through to compete, spectate, and show support. The rules were strict and as follows, Two 2min rounds - one weighted using a 40lb vest, and one without. Strict form, full lockout, no kipping, no kicking, and chin clearing the bar. Due to dead camera batteries, I was unable to record the Middle & Heavyweight divisions aswell as the trophy ceremony. Salute to DOC, Q, and B-Rock for the middleweight wins and Dolla & Dave for the heavyweight wins.
