Please!! These people need our prayers! *** Dr. Kent Brantley who is in Liberia, West Africa working for Samaritans Purse, a nonprofit organization. He has recently tested positive for Ebola. He has been working to establish an isolation unit to try and prevent the spread of this horrible plague. He and his family are members of Southeastern Church of Christ in Indianapolis, IN. *** Carolyn Caldwell, the 93 year old mother of Doug Caldwell. She is in Southern Hills Hospital. Those living with cancer that I am aware of are Denise Lytle Trice, Al Demonbreun, Betty McClaran, Tim McClaran, Betty Gannon, Granville Mullins and Tony Washer. *** Shelby Huff , the 18 year old young lady we have been praying for received the results of all the latest tests, Friday. They indicated that she is now 100% free of the Very Severe Aplastic Anemia and the Lymphoma cancer she has dealt with for about 2 years. PRAYERS ANSWERED!! She needs to get her T-cell count up to 200, then she can finally go home to Hill City, SD. *** Ashley Jade Komanetsky , the 16 year old daughter of Tina Komanetsky of Orlando, FL. Ashley has learned that she has MDS. Her Bone Marrow Transplant had been scheduled for July 30th, but it has been put on hold due to rising platelet counts. Howard Horne, 92, and his wife Nancy, 87, have pneumonia in Wilmington, Del. they have been sick for a week. These are friends of my brother, Larry. Judy Hester Moore, Gallatin, TN. She had surgery recently for cancer and will be in the Vanderbilt Hospital for about 3-4 more days. *** Janet Dugger, Johnson City, TN, had surgery recently to fuse a disc in her vertebra. Janet is no longer able to work and her insurance carrier has said that her insurance ended 2 days before her surgery and will not pay. Recently, she was notified by the hospital that they were forgiving part of her bill, which totalled over $33,000 and she was notified this week that her radiology and her surgical monitoring services were issuing her credits. Still need prayers that the SSA approves her disability so she can receive some income. * Tara Lynn Pence of Watertown TN. She is at UMC, recently out of a medically induced coma and has a long road to recovery. * Rhonda Parker of Livingston, TN, a close friend of Lisa Phillips , is dealing with cancer. Rhonda has a drainage tube in her abdomen and is having problems with not healing around the tube. Last week, they were trying one last attempt to get the healing started. If this doesnt work they will remove the drainage system and life will be much harder on her. Pray for her husband, Keith, also. * Eric Lee Franks, age 38, the son of Jo Ann Adams Franks of Archbold, Ohio, has been missing from Saginaw MI since March 21, 2011. Please pray that he may be found. Also, pray for a friend of Jo Anns in Tupelo, MS. His name is Bobby Nichols and he is in Hospice Care with colon and kidney cancer. Pray for Bobbys wife, Patsy, also. Barbara Dickerson Lampleys son, David, who is seeking employment. He has a temporary job. * Tracy Smallen Gibson is requesting prayers for a friend of her son. His name is Murphy Chambliss,18 year old Senior at Franklin Road Academy. Murphy was diagnosed with leukemia recently and is undergoing intense chemotherapy. * David McClanahan, a cousin from Odessa, WA, is asking prayers for a granddaughters husband, Travis, who is a Army Blackhawk pilot with two tours in the Middle East and for a grandson, Phillip, who is in the Air Force, stationed in the Middle East. * Teresa Meyer of Myrtle Beach, SC is asking for prayers for her sister-in-law, Christine ONeal Bowman. Christine was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. She was to find out what the treatment options are. Stella Lowe McDonald who had a heart attack on July 4th resulting in two stints being inserted into one artery. She is resting at home. * Ruth Orr, the mother of Mary Beth Orr Smith and Janna Orr Connelly, has cancer and will be treated with chemotherapy. Sue Smallwood is asking for prayers for her friend Glenda Green. *Walker Evans, 13, son of Stuart and Emily Christianson Evans, who has Cystic Fibrosis. Little three year old Sadie Hulsey, daughter of Jeffrey and Candace Smith Hulsey of Wilmington, NC. She has Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia (JMML) a rare and serious chronic leukemia. Sadie is a cousin of Courtney Hulseys husband, Nathan. Crystal Keels aunt, her fathers sister entered Sarah Cannon Cancer Center recently for treatment. Mike McCroskey, the husband of Henrietta McCroskey is now home from the hospital, recuperating. Ruby Gaither Williams of Dickson, TN. Ruby is experiencing serious health problems. Pray, also, for her husband Jim. Judy Dale, of Chattanooga, has asked for prayers for her sister, Janie McKinney. She is her only immediate family. She has been ill for several weeks and her doctor says it will be several more before she will be better. Linda Polsgrove is continues to recover at home from her recent accident. Her husband, Hubert, is now home from the hospital, also. Sue Stratton Rosinbum, Nashville, fell recently and has three shattered bones in her left knee. Ashley Smartt, niece of Cindy Hamby and Keatha Caldwell. She is now taking chemo treatments again, for the second time. Please pray for patience, courage and strength for her and her family. Former Gallatin High School coach, Hots Reynolds who is in declining health. Pray, also,for his wife Betty McCormick Reynolds. Debbie Arnold, the wife of Timothy Arnold, fell and shattered her kneecap. She is recovering from surgery at home.
