Please allow my cathartic rant. #Comcastsucks strikes again. The rescheduled appointment for 3-5 happened. The guy showed up with no pre-call at 2:35 but I was here. He spent over an hour and half to tell me he could not fix it either and that he called his boss who is planning on sending the same guy who no showed on me Monday after the first tech could not solve my problem. He is to be here by 5pm or I am to call again and let them know. This is the best theyve got for me. 3 weeks of phone issues. 5 different interactions with CSR and 2 technicians later, they are baffled by how a phone works. Thank you. I feel a little better now.
