The offender was described as a 6 tall male, race and age unknown, wearing a blk. hoodie and blue track pants with wht stripes. Fled south on Camac St. On Monday, 12/22/14, 9:45 PM, a male snatched complainants handbag as she walked in the 400 block S. Hutchinson St. The offender was described as a black male, 30 years, 62, 200 lbs, beard, medium complexion, wearing a blk. knit cap, brown jacket, red shirt. Fled west on Lombard St. On Wednesday, 12/24/14, 11:25 PM, complainant was outside in the 300 block S. Camac St. when asked for a cigarette, when told complainant didnt have any, the offender grabbed the complainants handbag causing her to fall and injure her shoulder. The offender fled north on Camac St. and was described as a black transgendered male, 30s. 58, 180 lbs, long straight black hair, wearing a red shirt under a blk. jacket. Brian J.
