Please be aware... Very graphic picture attached!!! We were tagged for help for this unbelievable case in Tijuana.... This poor dog was found tied up in a black bad left for dead on the side of the street.He was quickly taken to a vet, where it was said he was possibly used as a bait dog and knifed down because of the awfully deep lesions throughout. He also has lost one of his eyes. We can not say no. We want to help but for that we need help... Please offer to foster. He needs a lot of TLC, someone who can help him being to heal physically and emotionally, as well as someone who is able to take him to vet appointments. If you can help please let us know. Time is of essence!!!!
