Please be safe this weekend. Especially when bringing your kids/babies to the beach. 1) keep an eye on them at all times. I know.. you need to relax.. its your day also. Sorry, youre the one who decided to have children, so own it!!! 2) see where the life guards are. Make a point to talk with one and show where youll be and that you have children with you. Safety first. 3) bring a first aid kit. Bandages, etc 4) plenty of fluids and snacks 5) medications, epipens etc 6) umbrella and other protection from the sun. (ie: Sun screen) 7) life jackets for wee ones 8) proper footwear - theres a lot of glass and other things hidden in the sand that can harm you. (sharp rocks, shells, etc) 9) towels, blankets
