Please be so kind and send the letter to the given emails. The local euthoritiea in Buzau Romania, have decided to KILL dogs in shelters ALTHOUGH they have two shelters and one is empty. They did not implemt ALL the requirements of the law, they have not made the program for adoptions and adoptions at distanve. The veterinarian of death, Emil Paraschiv also KILLED 10 dogs who were about to be adopted the NEXT DAY. This can only show the world that most Romanian mayors want ONLY TO KILL.
