Please can everyone share this? A company has recently set up near us called ANGELS homecare, lots of people are mixing us up- when I set up I made sure no other agencies near me had similar names first but for whatever reason this new company chose a very similar name to me... Its not good for our reputation... Ive just had a lady call me, upset that it took us 3 weeks to get back to her ring me (it wasnt us) and there have also been confusions with district nurses. HOME ANGELS have all staff on Healthcare Diplomas, we are specialist trained in dementia and end of life too..and we have fully compliant CQC reports and awards, vs a new company as yet uninspected. Ive worked hard for over a decade on my career (Diploma, Degree, RMA) and reputation and have the best staff out there- so I want people in Chorley to be aware that this new company Angels is NOT Home angels.
