Please can you help: question: how do your teenage children make friends? Im asking on behalf of my 16 year old who is finding interacting with others face to face , just a touch difficult. I know children these days prefer to socialise online, but surely there is a danger of them suffering long-term. Any help would very much be appreciated as I am worried and desperately want to help him make friends he can truly trust and really enjoy their company, etc. Hes a bright, sensitive, kind-hearted chap, whom in the past enjoyed learning, playing cricket and having fun, generally. He believes the problem all started when he moved schools when he was eight, as eversince then, he has found it difficult finding companions. He starts college in September and Im hopeful things might change for the better for him. Thank you so much. x
