SHOULD I TELL MY MOTHER IN-LAW???Please am confused..i,ve been a virgin start from my childhood,i made a promise to God that i ll never sleep with any man who is not my lawful wedded husband,n i av been practising chastity till i met dis young man who has been looking for my type to marry n he was very proud of me that he was getting married to a beautiful lady who is still a virgin irrespective of her age.we got married n wedded. On the evening of our wedding day after reception in Enugu around 6pm, my husband insisted that we must go back to owerri (all in south east Nigeria) where he lives. my mother inlaw n my parents pleaded him to stay till next morning b4 we leave for the road is too dangerous in the night, but he assures that nothing ll happen to us as far as God lives.we drove off to owerri with his bestman on starring, i at the rear seat and my husband in the front seat.on our way half to get owerri,we heard gun shots and cracked voices ordered us to stop,it was armed robbers they demanded for money but we had no money wit us except de one we used n bought fuel.they flashed touch n saw me at the rear seat n asked me to come out,wen i did..(crying) they forced me n raped me.the whole night was so horrible to me,my husband did not talk to me neither did he touch me till dawn,i thought maybe he was still dumbfounded about the incident not knowing that it was going to last for years that he wont touch me, he threatens to kill me or divorce me if i dare tell anybody until anytime he decides. But now my mother in-law is up to my neck,my parents are the same n i av given an options. tell anybody n get divorced or killed,keep quiet n live without feeling the touch of a husband i marry.(crying) please help me, i cant continue living this way...PLEASE BRETHRENS COMMENT AND SUGGEST WHAT SHE SHOULD DO.
