Dr. Leahy put somebody elses meds. in my pill planner. They are not included on my med. list. Dr. Leahy could have very easily killed me!!!!!!!!! Please try to inform Mr. Przybelski, that she is doing this!!!!!!!! I took a Readers Digest magazine with me to Dr. Leahys appointment, Its dated November 2013. On the cover of that issue , is included an article. Are You Normal or are you Nuts. The articles says that if you have real tensions and problems in your life, you are not NUTS!!!!!!! Dr. Leahy tried telling me. That doesnt apply to you. Linda, you are nuts. My appointment this morning was suppose to be at 8:30 am. The handicapped van company came to pick me up while at my apartment at 8:15 am. Between 8:15 am - 8:30 am. Dr. Leahy called me to supposedly cancel my appointment with her. In the meantime she sent my socialworker back home. When I went downstairs at the Portage County Health & Human Services Dept. Med. Office to get my every other week Prolixin Injection. Dr. Leahy didnt cancel my appointment with her, she came down to the med. office and ALL SHE DID WAS YELL AT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She very mean and really weird!!!!!!
