Please continue to pray for Saila and Sanchez family. The following are two updates - Friday and then Sabbath. Sabbath AM When Gods people pray, Marvelous things Happen!!! Saila opens her eyes for the first time since Thursday. Shes responding! #WitnessingaMiracle!!! Friday PM Yesterday afternoon (Thursday) , Saila was seen by Pediatrician in Stevensville for a follow up appt. Her temperature was 102.8 and she was starting to look dusky. Taking no chances, the Lakeland ambulance came and took us to the ER, then we waited there for the Baby Bus from Bronson Childrens Hospital to take us to Kalamazoo. Saila was admitted to PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit). She had lab work done, multiple pokes, IV, and chest X-Ray done. Things were looking ok...then... What emotional morning it was. Saila was having trouble breathing throughout the night and her fever continued through the early morning hours. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and a cold virus last night. Right away she was started on antibiotics. The Doctor on the floor noticed that Saila was showing some signs of breathing issues. By 8:00am a medical team of 6 rushed to Sailas bedside. The nurse told me that Saila was not doing good and she was getting worse. It had to be scariest thing I have seen so far with her. She was fighting to breathe and they asked me to step out of the room. (Saila almost didnt make it) Praise God for his SAVING Power! Saila was intubated, put on a ventilator and feeding tube again. Slight sedations were being given to keep Saila from getting upset/fussy. Grandpa and Grandma Rosario came to visit Saila at Bronsons Childrens Hospital. She was anointed this afternoon by my Dad. Saila is still holding on! Doctor says Shes so strong!! We continue to trust in our Almighty God! #PrayForSaila #PrayerWarriorsNeeded #SailaIsOneMonthOldToday ~Sanchez Family
