Please could anyone tell me if i am being set up to be sanctioned by the jobcenter. I signed on on friday but the theme of me looking for work has now changed. Due to the past accusation, made by this jobcenter staff that i have not looked for enough work, i was told yesterday not apply for work such as labouer, nurseing or care working. I then requested if the advisor could show me anything in writing that stated i should not apply for work other than driver or cleaner. i was told this could affect my benefits trying to improve myself, or getting a job were a company may train me. i know this might be mad but do the DWP have the right to single out people that want to work or have bulied out of work to mess up the someone life due to wanting to more money and a better career
