This morning I purchased a rainforest jumperoo off Jessica, as stated in our private messages she never admitted that there was any damage or wear and tear besides it missing one toy which didnt phase me. I got home and turned it upside down to see that the seat is all torn (a big safety-issue for me) I kindly asked her could I return her item tonight or tomorrow with a refund and a full explanation as to why! She had the hide to then admit she knew the damage was existing but didnt cross her mind to warn me before I left, my refund was denied even considering the circumstances. So just a heads up for those who may consider buying from her. I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for but really. . Shame on her.
