All private foster care companies advertising to recruit new foster carers, amongst other skills they state that: The foster carer should be able to communicate with the childs PARENTS!! So why this never happens? If they blame the social services then the Private foster care companies can dispute it because this is a serious failure of contractual agreement. And what I discover in regards of foster care is: Because the Government is responsible for paying the bills their contracts are Between the Central Government AND NOT with the local authority. So all of you activists and campaigners lets capitalize on this fact and judicial review this fact.
