Please, everyone, anytime you have a situation with your animal loved ones that is an indication of a health problem - first thing to do is get them to the vet for a diagnosis. One of my pet peeves is people asking what to do for their animals with oils, when clearly they need to find out what is wrong before considering oily interventions. Even though oils might be appropriate as a solution, you need to know what you are dealing with in order to make that determination. Even veterinarians in this group cannot give you advice as to oils to use for symptoms. Once you have a diagnosis, then you can consult reference books and others for what they have used for like scenarios - but a diagnosis is absolutely critical for safe use of oils or any other natural healing method. Be responsible, your pets cannot tell you what is wrong - do not guess and risk a terrible outcome.
