Please everyone watch this! With thanksgiving coming up next week, I feel the need to highlight the fact that the holidays are often one of the most difficult times of the year for people suffering with or in recovery from an eating disorder. I know it would mean the world to me if my loved ones could take the advice explained in this video, and I believe that many other people would appreciate it as well. and remember: looks dont determine eating disorders, you often cannot tell who has an eating disorder and who does not by looking them.
