Please excuse my language but........ What in the hell is wrong with people. We were driving around in Fairbanks getting off the highway on college and her is the little boy no older then 3-4 years old riding his bike with no parents to be seen. We help other people that were chasing him to get him out of the way and call the police then we go to walmart and 2 little girls are running around the store looking for their mom. Which wasnt responding to the page to come and get her kids. I just dont understand how people can either forget their kids or let them take off.
