We are all unique and different and we should celebrate that. As long as you are healthy and happy then who cares what number is on a scale or on a label. Its a number. That is all. Why should a 8 or 6 or heaven help us a 000, thats just come out in America, make us happy??? Beauty shines out from the inside. Be happy, be kind and be yourself. Yes we burn calories and weigh loss can be a result, yes we do drop a dress size challenges but the focus is on you enjoying yourself, de stressing your mind and having a giggle while with old friends or making new.
