Please excuse the profanity but I need SOMEONE to actually stand up and defend the actions if this cop. Ive personally seen things like this happen, this is not uncommon. If you think the police are justified in actions like this I need you to explain to me why. Answer these questions in your comment: 1. Why is this cop not showing his badge or identifying himself? 2. Is it ok for him to escalate this situation to an arrest? 3. Why did this officer not lose his job or get reprimanded? 4. What gives this officer the right to ask them to leave private property without the property owners consent? 5. Why shouldnt the officer be charged and convicted as a normal citizen for harassment and assault?
