Please find herewith Quote from Asian paints (same contact point as of D block). The price includes all paint & material + Labour. I have also enclosed herewith quote from another outside contractor (Deepak), which looks quite expensive. In my opinion it is better to stay with Asian paints as they assure Quality & warranty and also it will more transparent as they operate via company. Before finalizing it is better to propose incentive (in case they finish early) & penalty clauses (in case they delay it) compared to agreed schedule. I am yet to get response from Joshwa (another contractor who does services at IBC / Platinum city).
