Please follow this closely, because I just had a conversation with an insider who assured me that this is, in fact, whats going on. Christy Clark has close associations with RCI Capitol Group, which is an investment organization that focuses on bringing Asian investment and investors to BC to exploit our natural resources. Clark used to be the chairwoman of RCI Pacific Gateway Education Inc, which brought foreign students to BC. She has brought RCI along with her repeatedly on trade missions to Asia, to promote the sale of BCs natural resources, and encourage more investment in our LNG industry. Investors need a guarantee that BC will have sufficient workers to make their investments work. The jobs plan calls this Encouraging major project proponents to let us know their workforce needs so we can plan ahead. My source quoted them as using the phrase dismantle the education system. The province has a combined BC Education Blueprint and BC Jobs Plan, which includes a K-12 sector target of a 50% increase in the number of graduates proceeding immediately from high school to a trades or technical program. On the front page of the BC Education blue print it says, In British Columbia, We have an incredible opportunity on the horizon. 1 Milllion jobs. We are re-engineering education and training so that BC students and workers have the skills to be first in line for jobs in a growing economy. However, In case we cant persuade enough British Columbians to do it, we can always Improve our recruitment of trades and technical workers from other countries, by committing to three international recruitment missions for 2012/13 for high-demand occupations So... it appears that the situation is that Christy Clark is selling our childrens futures to LNG investors, which will financially benefit a corporation shes closely connected with. Shes re-designing the entire public education system to produce workers for an industry from which she stands to gain enormous personal wealth. bcjobsplan.ca/skills/bc-skills-and-training-plan/ bcjobsplan.ca/getskills/wp-content/uploads/BCs_Skills_for_jobs_blueprint.pdf news.nationalpost/2014/04/09/christy-clark-once-served-as-chairwoman-of-b-c-company-that-she-has-promoted-since-becoming-premier/
