Please forgive my horrible illustration...but this is my point. Inside of the melinated hand is a semi circular form of a number nine....this is how the muscle is shaped....the number nine. With proper and constant meditation, you will begin to feel a pulsating energy in that area when you activate your power. This is also known as hamsa which I just learned about. There is a 2mm hole in the center of our hands which allows light and dark energy to come from at time of battle. This hole also allows the universe to fill your body with ionic energy. You are more powerful than you can imagine.
